“Readiness is the key to success”
Have you’ve ever seen a soldier charge into battle without any guns, grenade or a combat knife? Well, maybe there’s stories that tells of such things but it would be foolish to charge into battle without anything on hand, well fist fight is a manly thing but it doesn’t mean they would do it (Your Enemy in the battlefield)
Okay enough with the small talks and let’s get down to business, Supplies. What doctor’s needs to save lives and what hospitals need to maintain.
IT’S NOT EASY
People will say “It’s Easy to get supplies” but let me clarify something. Is it easy to write this? No (Research and Own Thoughts). Is it easy to get clients? No (Research and Agreement). Is it easy to stay alive? And the answer is still NO (Need money to live). We live in a world where what we don’t know, we think is easy but once we know it; we change our view and say “It’s not easy” so getting a supplier is hard because we want the very best. Plus, it’s a hospital we’re talking about where they can save our life so choosing the right supplier is a must for them.
Hospitals are picky when choosing suppliers, well everyone is. But this isn’t the case, we are literally are torn between a top quality materials but cost much versus a cheaper one which is less quality, but the truth is they’re all the same. The only difference is the brand or the supplies charge rate and quantity.
Supplying and Risking
Hospital Suppliers should know that once you’ve come to an agreement with your client (Hospital) you are entitled to give the best and what is asked from you. And once you do delivery what they ask, you should guarantee them then it’s not faulty or damaged. You’re risking your reputation and the hospital reputation. So to avoid such instances you must:
- Check your product before hand – Well, I know every does this but sometimes we are too blinded about things that might change throughout the delivery.
- Monitor each delivery and product – Like the first one, you should be able to find the problem quickly if you’ve monitor them throughout the deliver.
- Check the storage room of the hospital – Unlike what we are limited to give, why not give a free check in how hospital store their materials when they need it because sometimes the problem lies from the product that’s being kept there
